I am currently working on two main projects:
When and why do managers enact high levels of interpersonal and informational justice? In this research I aim to elucidate why mangers behave in just ways when delivering bad news to their employees, as well as the specific behaviors that comprise interpersonal and informational justice.
I am investigating perceptions of victim credibility and why managers often dismiss claims of mistreatment in the workplace.
